The cool thing about vegan baking is that you can lick the beaters afterwards. (You're not supposed to lick the beaters in most baking because then you're eating raw egg... Not that that ever stopped me before, but hey.) Except that my new Kitchenaid mixer only has one beater. Hehe. hope of the moment: that these turn out okay!
