We got one of the Nintendos working today. The original NES systems, that is. The one Stephan gave me has power switch issues, and the one D&L gave us has issues with cartridges... we did get that one to work, actually, but if we have problems with it, I'm more than willing to take them apart and try to make one working one out of two broken-ish ones.

Red Bank was totally dead today. Most things were closed, 'cept for about a third of the restaurants. John, Paul, and I met up with one of Paul's friends, then we wound up enjoying the gorgeous weather in the park for a bit, getting food, and then heading back here for beer and chatting. There was much geekage.
